How to upgrade or import ACC Agent bundles?

Issue/Introduction

What is the correct process to upgrade the "CA APM Command Center(ACC)" agent bundles?
How can to import the new agent bundles and Infrastructure agent in the ACC repository?

Environment

APM Command Center (windows/unix)

Resolution

Step # 1 : Download the APM Command Center(ACC) Agent bundles packages from support site

APM COMMAND CENTER AGENT BUNDLES R10.7.0.X ..

 

Step # 2 : Extract the content to the  <CommandCenterServer_HOME>\import

 
 

Agent packages will be deployed automatically under the <CommandCenterServer_HOME>\repository\com\ca\apm\agent\bundles

Step # 3: Verify that the new ACC Agent packages are available from the ACC UI
