Steps to download case attachment files from Broadcom Support site?

What are the steps to download the files uploaded by the Broadcom team on a support case?

Resolution

To download files attached to a case:

  1. Go to Broadcom Support portal You will see the following page, click on login to Broadcom support portal




  2. Once you are logged in, choose your division to access the Case Management.



  3. Click on My Cases option

    Note: After selecting the My Cases, if the new tab doesn't open, please check the browser setting whether Pop-up Block is Enabled or Disabled.



  4. Locate and select the case ID from which you want to download the files.



  5. Click the File attachment icon on the case record



    Or click the Attach Files link at the bottom of the case record.



  6. A Pop-up window will appear. Click on folder path " files_from_broadcom" and then choose the file and click on the Download link.
