CA UIM integration with CA SDM- CI not mapping in ca sdm

Issue/Introduction

We are using the sdgtw probe to create incidents in CA Service Desk Manager from alarms in UIM.  
This works, but the Configuration Item is not being added to the ticket.
We did pre-populate CA Service Desk Manager with the CIs from UIM.

Environment

UIM 8.5.1
sdgtw probe 2.0

Cause

The configuration requires two things:
1- CIs need to be pre-populated in CA SDM:

2- The configuration parameter "ciNameTranslation" is required and must be set to true.

Resolution

After changing in the cloned configuration definition in the sdgtw.cfg and adding under connection details the missing parameter ciNameTranslation true the Ciname gets populated again
