How to Reprint Only the Most Recent Bundle in a CA View Bundle Reprint

Issue/Introduction

It is possible to print only the reports from a recent bundle in CA Deliver, with specifying only those reports, rather than print all of the reports that were associated with the bundle.

A client had requested a bundle reprint in CA View, and they received all reports ever associated with the bundle, rather than just the most recent reports.

 

Environment

CA View - Releases 12.0 and Higher

Resolution

. In CA View, at the Primary panel, use Command "MODE EXPO", to set to EXPO mode. 

. For a recent bundle, in the "Selection by Copy: / Previous Copy No.===>" field, use either "0" or " " (blank). 

. Use Command "JB", to show the Bundle Reprint List. 

. Use line command "S", to select the desired bundle from the list. 

. At the Bundle Reprints Attributes panel: 

. . To limit the reprint, use Command "C" to show the bundle content, to delete any unwanted reports. 

. . To do the reprint, fill in the Job Statement Information, and use Command "S" to submit the bundle reprint.
