Issue/Introduction

You can integrate Spectrum and CAPC. Containers (Global Collections) will be created in Spectrum to represent each IPDomain in CAPC.

Models that are added to these containers will then be synched with CAPC, and any models that don't exist in CAPC will be discovered by the Data Aggregator (DA).

But what happens if a modelled device in Spectrum is removed, will that propagate to CAPM?

Environment

DX NetOps 20.2 or later Spectrum integration with CAPM

Resolution

If the model came from the Spectrum data source, it will be deleted from CAPC. But if it already existed in the DA data source, or was imported from another data source, then that instance will remain in CAPC.
