Deploying Identity Suite Virtual Appliance in cluster

Issue/Introduction

We need to know how to deploy a Identity Suite Virtual Appliance cluster. What is the proper procedure in order to deploy this correctly?

Environment

Identity Suite Virtual Appliance any version

Resolution

1) Deploy and initialize the OVF for the 1^st  vApp node (let’s call it node 1).

2) Deploy and initialize the OVF for the 2^nd  vApp node.

3) Connect to the vApp web ui of node 1.

4) Select a deployment mode (Demo, Dev, Non Prod or Prod).

5) Get to the deployment Setup  screen (the screen where you drag and drop services to nodes).

6) Add the 2^nd node to the node list (this creates the cluster of 2 vApps).

7) Drag services and deploy the solution.
