Issue/Introduction

It is possible to change the color of the Workload Control center GUI so that users can easily identify the environment they are working in. You can also add text to the GUI like 'DEVELOPMENT', 'PRODUCTION', or 'r11.4 SP4' to help users identify the environment they are working in.
