How to remove "Register Now" button and "Don't have an account" label from Login page ?

Issue/Introduction

In purpose of CA Identity Manager Login page customization is wished to remove the ability to invoke the "Self Registration" Admin Task through the "Register Now" button link and to hide the "Don't have an account" section.

Resolution

This display is handled by the “SelfRegistration” Admin Task Tag existence.

Modify the “Self Registration” Admin Task Tag from “SelfRegistration” to “HideSelfRegistration” (or any new tag).

No need to restart the Identity Manager environment.

No need to recycle the Web Application Server hosting CA Identity Manager.

Take attention on possible external custom clients that would need to access the “Self Registration” Admin Task by its Task Tag(SelfRegistration).

Take attention on possible automation features that would trigger based on the “Self Registration” Admin Task by its Task Tag(SelfRegistration).
