Issue/Introduction

After activating the interface/port monitoring for some interfaces  the alarm is suppressed by event 0x10d2f, which says the port has always been down since modelled in Spectrum.

[user@server spectrum]$  cat SG-Support/CsEvFormat/Event00010d2f_en_US
{d "%w- %d %m-, %Y - %T"} The link status of port (name - {m}, type - {t}) is now "bad", however the alarm will be suppressed because the port has always been down since first being modeled in SPECTRUM. (event [{e}])

Is it possible to disable this functionality?
