Issue/Introduction

Migrating to CICS TS V5.3. All compatibility PTFs for Datacom were applied but the following error messages are received:

Resolution

The error relates to external security so it means the Common Services PTFs required for compatibility with CICS TS V5.3 are not applied. The PTFs required are listed in the  CICS Transaction Server Compatibility Matrix

For Common Services 14.1 the following PTFs are needed:
RO86292
RO75580

The one needed for this error in Datacom is RO86292 for the CAIRIM component.
