Resolution

THe process is as follows:

1.    Go to support.ca.com

2.    Login and Password

3.    Knowledge Center then click on Product Pages

4.    Select Product then type ca intertest

5.    Click on the CA InterTest for CICS link

6.    Click on Documentation

7.    Click on the CA InterTest for CICS link

8.    CA InterTest CICS 10.0 and CA SymDump CICS 10.0 pages are displayed with all the available documentation.
