Best practice to download PTFs for CA Workload Automation ESP Edition

Issue/Introduction

We need to download maintenance every a few months. And would like to know how to make sure all existing PTFs can be downloaded.

Use "Confirmed since" which indicates the date from when the PTF is GA'd.
