We get the error: SMGR042E  BASE FILE CONTAINS TOO MANY DATA RECORDS
We determined that the problem is with the component list on the "MOVE TO" environment.

Should we still restore the component list?

Resolution

No this would not be required as the component list would be added after you complete your MOVE action.
