Is there a way to bring in certificates to CICS and MQ without having to IPL or recycle?

The following commands will Refresh the application certificates:
For CICS: 
CEMT PERFORM SSL 
For MQ: 
MQSC REFRESH SECURITY TYPE(SSL)
