Issue/Introduction

The r14 SP1 release notes document the correct order to upgrade the ENC components here.

It is important that the ENC and non ENC components are upgraded in the correct order to ensure that Client Automation continues to function as expected.

Environment

Client Automation 14 SP1 and above

Resolution

• Upgrade the ENC Gateway Server Components in the order described in the release notes
• Once the ENC Gateway Server Components are upgraded continue to upgrade the rest of Client Automation as per the r14 Documentation
• The ENC client components will be upgraded along with the Agent upgrade.
