Issue/Introduction

Windows 2016 Server (x86 64-bit), Windows 2019 Server (x86 64-bit), Windows 2022 Server (x86 64-bit)XCOM â„¢ Data Transport® r11.5 running on Operating system: Microsoft (R) Windows (R) Server 2003, Standard Edition  with open ssl 0.9.8n does not support our new SHA256 certificates. What do we need to do?

Resolution

Release 11.5 is no longer supported. Support was dropped for it 10/31/2014.  32 bit versions are no longer supported.
MS Windows Server 2003 extended support ended on July 14, 2015.

Install XCOM for Windows r11.6 SP03 64-bit or r12.0 SP00 64-bit. See Supported Cipher Suites with version 12.0

Windows 2016 Server (x86 64-bit), Windows 2019 Server (x86 64-bit), Windows 2022 Server (x86 64-bit) are supported with version 12.0.
