Issue/Introduction

Wrong date dependency appearing on the job due to which jobs are in event wait status. attached product & UV log

After reviewing the case with the R&D, I confirm you that this is not a bug, but expected behaviour.
The 00 ( either on the day / month) is written in the history trace when you select "Any" Day or "Any" Month in the Job Condition.
Examples:
a) If you create a uproc with a launch formula that waits for another uproc with "Any" Day, "Same" Month and "Same" Year , you will see in the history trace:
Depe. : AFR_INC00200217 - AFR_2BIS - VMSTM2K1601 20180200 Missing

b) if you create a uproc with a launch formula that waits for another uproc with "Any" Day, "Any" Month and "Same" Year , you will see in the history trace:
Depe. : AFR_INC00200217 - AFR_2BIS - VMSTM2K1601 20180000 Missing

c) if you create a uproc with a launch formula that waits for another uproc with "Any" Day, "Any" Month and "Any" Year , you will see in the history trace:
Depe. : AFR_INC00200217 - AFR_2BIS - VMSTM2K1601 00000000 Missing

Nevertheless, the condition will be satisfied as soon as the Job Event of the concerned month / year is created, the uproc will be executed correctly.
