CSO ( Customer Support Online ) support.ca.com

Resolution

 

1. Go to support.ca.com
2. Login and Password
3. Knowledge Center  then click on Product Pages
4. Select Product  then type ca spool
5. Click on the CA Deliver  link
6. Click on Documentation
7. Click on the Deliver link
8. CA-Deliver 14.0 page is displayed with all the available documentation.
