Download of .mar from Portal fails with undefined

Issue/Introduction
When trying to download a mar file for a Virtual Service displayed in the Portal, the download fails and shows the download as undefined.
Environment
All supported DevTest releases.
Cause
The mar was being downloaded from a remote server and this was taking a bit longer than what the refresh rate was (15 seconds). So the refresh interrupted the download.
Resolution
Either untick the automatic refresh or set it to a longer refresh time.
