Issue/Introduction

I installed maintenance for CA DISK and deployed the new PTF level to LOADLIB.NEW on volume VOL002.
In order to activate LOADLIB.NEW I would like to rename the current LOADLIB on VOL001 to LOADLIB.OLD and LOADLIB.NEW on VOL002 to LOADLIB.
The CA DISK health check owner has the LOADLIB on VOL001 assigned as TASKLIB.
How to assign the new LOADLIB on VOL002 as TASKLIB to the Health Checks?

Environment

Release: SMDI3900200-12.5-Disk-Backup and Restore-for z/OS
Component:

Resolution

As the TASKLIB for a Health Check owner can't be modified, perform the following steps:

- be sure no CA DISK jobs are running
- S DMSAR,DMSAR=REMOVE to delete Health checks (it deletes current OWNERxxx)
- perform renames
- S DMSAR,DMSAR=INSTALL to re-install the Health Checks, which creates new OWNERxxx with new TASKLIB data setÂ
