Here is one question.

If a ACID is added with a type of "USER" and it should have been a type of 'CENTRAL', how is the best way to correct it?

To promote your USER type acide, Your MSCA have to issue:

 

TSS MOVE(User_type_acid) TYPE(SCA)

 

Important: Only the MSCA can promote acid to a SCA acid.
