Issue/Introduction
Heat Charts provide a grid of colored boxes representing different severity levels. The charts display a box for each individual data point in the report for a 30 day time frame.
Can a Heat Chart be created that displays numeric values instead of colored boxes?
How can a specific numeric value represented by a colored box in a Heat Chart be displayed?

here is no option available to set Heat Chart Views to show the specific numeric value instead of colored blocks. That would be a new feature and thus an Enhancement Request that can be submitted as an Idea post to the CA Performance Management community site.
The Heat Chart reports do provide the ability to mouse over any given color block. That will pop up a box with data which will display the metric value for that hour. A sample picture of this is seen in the documentation.
