EDT00005 No Dialogs Found Message

Issue/Introduction

When issuing VD  'View.Dialog' or VT 'View.Type' commands, the following message is received

MODULE: DBXGOTO 
MESSAGE: EDT00005
No DIALOGS found / No ENTITY TYPES found.

Resolution

The ID of the person issuing the VD or VT commands is lacking the necessary repository privilege to view Repository Dialogs or Entity types. 
To assign the All DBEXCEL privilege to a repository user access the Repository installation menu.  
Then select option #11 for Security. 
Provide the ID into the TSO Logon ID field and set the Authorize ALL DBEXCEL flag to Y.  
ex.
 Grant Privileges to...                                               
            User TSO ID  ===> NEW ID

                         ===>                                         
                         ===>                                         
                         ===>                                         
                                                                      
          Set SQLID to?  ===>                                         
 Authorize ALL DBEXCEL?  ===> Y (Y-yes,N-no)                          
   GRANT DB2 Privilege?  ===>        (INSERT,UPDATE,DELETE,SELECT,ALL)
     with GRANT OPTION?  ===> N (Y-yes,N-no)                          
        Edit or Submit?  ===> E (E-edit,S-submit)

Generate the JCL and submit the job.
Ensure it completes with a CC<=4.
