Issue/Introduction

All Plex C++ client applications are having national language problems.  They have been working fine so far on Windows 7 machines.  Most likely the new Windows 10 update damaged push buttons with national language characters.

Resolution

On Windows 10, modified the Region settings. 

Only required modification was to Change Region / Format tab / Finnish(Finland) which Windows 10 upgrade had changed to English(Finland).
