Error updating Roles and Tasks after installing 14.1

Issue/Introduction

When trying to update the Roles and Tasks the following error is returned.

Warning: Updating the IdentityMinder environment "IM Environment"
Error: The search screen "SearchUseCase" referenced on the admin task "ModifyUseCase" is not defined

What is the difference between the following Environment definitions:

Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-NoOrganization.xml
Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-Organization.xml

Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-ProvisioningNoOrganization.xml
Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-ProvisioningOrganization.xml

 

Environment

CA Identity Manager - 14.x
CA IDENTITY SUITE -  14.x

Resolution

Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-NoOrganization.xml  -   The customer is Not using provisioning and has No Organization

Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-Organization.xml     -      The customer is NOT using Provisioning but he does have an Organization

Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-ProvisioningNoOrganization.xml     -   The customer has Provisioning enabled BUT no Organization

Upgrade-14.0-to-14.1-RoleDefinitions-ProvisioningOrganization.xml    -    The customer has Provisioning and an Organization

The Installed version listed does not show the Version that the Roles were updated to.

The version on the 
Environment Properties page is NOT the version the roles were updated to, it is the version of the product when the environment was installed.  If you upgrade it will not show the correct version, it will still show the earlier version.
