We applied ACF2 ptf RO99159 - Description: SUPPORT FOR IBM MFA V1R2, PREVENT AZF2211E
we are running IBM MFA 1.3 and still getting AZF2205E

Resolution
We added following ACF2 rule, which resolved this issue:
