How does SDM maileater handle email from an address that is not in the contact list?

SDM Maileater is configured via Administration->Email, open the default mailbox or create a new one. Settings: Allow Anonymous: This setting determines whether to allow processing of email from addresses not found in the user list in SDM
Save Unknown Emails: This setting determines whether to save email sent to maileater for which no matching rule was found when processed.
Unknown Emails are saved in the following folder: Service Desk Manager->site->mail_unknown
