After deployment the CEM UI is pointing to the Test MAPDB rather than the Development MAPDB. How can the CEM UI be configured to point to a different MAPDB?

Resolution

To change the MAPDB file to which the CEM UI is pointing to, the following can be done.

1. Update the TOMCAT CUSTOM.CFGLIB(CEMECFGX) and LDAP CUSTOM.CFGLIB(CEMESLPC) to point to the correct MAPDB file.
2. Run USS configuration job CUSTOM.JOBLIB(J01160SP) which copies CUSTOM.CFGLIB(CEMECFGX) to the appropriate CEM USS directories.
3. Delete the cemui.json file and the login.json file from the JSON file directory: .../cai/cacem/config/ 
4. Go to the CA Compliance Event Manager user interface. On the Login screen, you see a "Generate missing configuration file(s)" message.

            Click "Generate" to generate the configuration files for connecting the UI to the policy database.
