DB2 V11 CATMAINT failed with 0C4-0000003B 

Environment

Common Services r14.1 using the ENF/DB2 component to protect DB2 v11.1 

Cause

The required ENF/DB2 maintenance for support of DB2 r11.1 was not applied.

Resolution

Apply the required maintenance RO57094 and IPL.
