Issue/Introduction
After finishing a Campaign, in the menu Administration > Workflows the workflow from this campaign is not visible
How to see the Workflows after Campaign is completed
Resolution
The Workflow is not being purged, but only not visible.
To see them do the following:
- Menu Home > Administration > Workflows page
- Click on the FILTER button
- From Workflow State, mark the options Stopped, Archived, and Completed
- Set the Due Date From and To
- Click Ok button
