Issue/Introduction
Message TSS7004W indicates that user is soon to expire. We are trying to reduce information displayed in an authentication attempt to the bare minimum until after authentication, and not provide information that may assist the person in determining which data elements are valid/invalid in a failed authentication attempt. On a failed authentication attempt, by providing TSS7004W along with TSS7099E, you are revealing that the userid is a valid userid.
Environment
Running Top Secret r16.0 and MFA.
Resolution
ST01741 - TSSMVS 16.0 Will suppress the TSS7004W message: TSS7004W Use of Accessor ID Expires on XX/ZZ/YY
This is only for MFA users that enter invalid credentials.
