I have upgraded in test IT Asset Manager 14.1 to 17.1. After the install, I used my Chrome browser and the app did not look correct. It appeared to have some 14.1 features and 17.1 features.
There may be some IT Asset Manager 14.1 information still in the Chrome cache. In Chrome, go to Clear Browsing Data and clear Cached images and files.
Close and reopen the browser and reconnect to ITAM.
