Issue/Introduction

What are the differences between applications written by Technical Services and applications that are listed as Community applications?

Resolution

The following are the differences between Technical Services written applications and Community applications.

Technical Services applications are applications that customers have paid our professional services team to write for them and were written specifically with their data in mind. You are welcome to use these apps but since your data may be different the application may not function as expected. If you want these applications to work with your data then you would need to contact the professional services team and for a paid fee they would be able to modify it. Those applications are listed here:

Community applications are applications that have been made available via the community. These apps have been created by various folks, including CA’s Technical Services and developers who are passionate about helping Teams succeed. These apps are considered as-is apps are not supported by CA Agile Central.
If you use any of the apps and require assistance we recommend posting to StackOverflow at https://stackoverflow.com/questions/tagged/rally
