IDB002E required PROCLIB does not exist installation of Sysview for Db2

Issue/Introduction

When user enters data on the Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) Post Install panel:

"IDBINS1 ------- SYSVIEW for DB2 Customization Parameters Page 1 of 5" and press Enter, receiving the following error:

IDB002E: Required PROCLIB data set does not exist.
ISPP176 * * Panel 'IDBINS1' error * Invalid .
CURSOR value found while processing panel. * * * * * * *
Current dialog statement: * ISPEXEC DISPLAY PANEL(IDBINS1)

Resolution

To resolve this problem, check hlq.CDBAPARM(IDB2VARS) for IDBPROC. If IDBPROC exists, comment it out and then logoff
completely and then log back into Db2 tools Post Install INSMAIN.
