Drag and drop of files onto source folder of SD Package is not working

Issue/Introduction

With Administrator user or user belonging to the Administrators group the drag and drop of files to source of SD Package is not allowed.
The mouse cursor appears as a barred circle :
 

And the dsmgui icon on desktop has the blue and yellow shield icon :

 

Environment

Client Automation - r14.x versions

Cause

This problem occurs if Windows User Account Control is enabled and an Elevated Administrator rights is needed.

When DSMGUI is executed following dialog box appear :

 

Resolution

Open Local Security Policy
Expand Local Policies and click on Security Options

Set following parameters to disabled :
 

User Account Control : Admin Approval Mode for the Built-in Administrator account = Disabled 
User Account Control : Run all administrators in Admin Approval Mode = Disabled 

Do a Windows Logoff and Logon again.

The UAC shield on dsmgui icon should disappear.

When executing DSMGUI, the "User Account Control" dialog box should not appear and the drap & drop of files/folders onto Source SD Package folder is available.
