How to change the default UCM TCP port 9000

Resolution

You will need to do the following steps:

Goto admin->collection devices->collector-> edit

Recycle CA UCM Collector Service

Or

Stop CA UCM Collector Service

Edit the vcAgentConfig.xml file from D:\NETQOS\VoIPMonitor\bin and change the port in following line:

-<CDRMonitors><CDRMonitor CollectorID="2" MonitorPort="9000"/></CDRMonitors>

After start the CA UCM Collector Service

On this example was changed the Port from 9000 to 9500.

Additional Information

Editing other information (such as collector IP addresses) may be overwritten and changed when collectors are reloaded in the UCM Console.
