How to debug InstallAnywhere for use with UIM/UMP install

Issue/Introduction

Sometimes the error messages during a UIM/UMP installation or upgrade are not helpful or misleading or the UIM installation log C:tmp\ia\iaoutput.txt is lacking information.

It can then be helpful to turn on debugging for InstallAnywhere for additional information

To view or capture the debug output from an installer, you need to hold down the <CTRL> key immediately after launching the installer until a console window appears. 

Before you exit the installer, copy the console output to a text file for later review.
