Issue/Introduction
The DBUTLTY program provides the capability to run many different functions against CA Datacom databases. In some cases, the function does not make sense when run against virtual databases or against the CA Datacom Dynamic System Tables. For example, trying to run a History report - which shows a history of backup, extract, load and other maintenance jobs is not valid as the Dynamic System Tables are built in memory when the MUF starts, and there is no data to backup or load.
With these functions that cannot produce a successful outcome, DBUTLTY will fail with the error message

As noted above, this error message is produced when certain functions are run against virtual databases or against the CA Datacom Dynamic System Tables.
If this message is received, one of the functions in he DBUTLTY input was not successful, and the job needs to be reviewed for further action. Either remove the function completely, or modifiy it so that te proper databases are referenced for processing.
