Patch Manager doesn't show current monthly patches

Issue/Introduction

Current monthly patches are not listed in Patch Manager patches tab and it's confirmed that Content Team has already released the patches.

On this document is shown what can be done to force the download of monthly patches.

Resolution

Latest Security patches display in Patch Manager console is dependent on CIC job.

There are 2 different ways to manually run CIC on domain manager:

  1. Check if Default Software Content Download job on System Engine is OK status with latest time stamp. The task can be executed by clicking on the task itself and then clicking OK.
  2. Another way is to Execute "Run.bat" from ..CIC\Bin folder. 

If the Job is failing using both suggestions, open a Support case and attach all logs files under ..CA\SC\CIC\logs
