Patch Manager doesn't show current month patches .

Issue/Introduction
Current month patches are not listed in patch manager patches tab, CA content team has already released the patches.
How do I get them in console?

Latest Security patches display in Patch Manager console is dependent on CIC job.
There are 2 different ways to run CIC on domain manager:
- Check if Default software content download job on system engine is OK status with latest time stamp. We can double click and run the job.
- Another way is to Execute Run.bat from CIC\Bin folder.
If Job is failing in both the types . Open a issue with Broadcom and attach all logs files under ..CA\SC\CIC\logs
