Patch Manager doesn't show current month patches .

Issue/Introduction

Current month patches are not listed in patch manager patches tab, CA content team has already released the patches.

How do I get them in console?

Resolution

Latest Security patches display in Patch Manager console is dependent on CIC job.

There are 2 different ways to run CIC on domain manager:

  1. Check if Default software content download job on system engine is OK status with latest time stamp. We can double click and run the job.
  2. Another way is to Execute Run.bat from CIC\Bin folder. 

If Job is failing in both the types . Open a issue with Broadcom and attach all logs files under ..CA\SC\CIC\logs
