How to send CA 7 API messages to SYSLOG?

Issue/Introduction

CA-7 MSMR facility was implemented to send browse file message to the OPSLOG, This is working as desgined. We now want to write a rule in OPS to take that message in the OPSLOG and write a message to the z/OS SYSLOG. How can we intercept that message and write a message to the z/OS SYSLOG?
