TSSCAI not working at disaster recovery site.

Issue/Introduction

Application using the Top Secret ApplicationInterfaceTSSCAI and it is not returning signed on acid.

• There are no abends when executing the application using  TSSCAI.
• No data is being passed back in the commarea.
• Application works fine on another mirrored system.

Resolution

No Top Secret "PHASE 1...2...3...etc" messages appear in the CICS joblong during initialization which means that TSS didnt startup/initialize in CICS.

CICS was brought up before Common Services ENF started task.

ENF needs to be completely initialized before CICS starts up or TSS will not initialize in CICS.

After recycling CICS and verifying the phase messages appeared, TSSCAI started working correctly.
