When XOG'ing in resources, you may received the following error:
<Description>This record has not been inserted</Description>
<Exception><![CDATA[SQL Exception with error code : 20005]]></Exception>
How can this error be resolved?
This typically occurs when the username does not match between the XOG file and PPM. The username is case sensitive, so the XOG username must match the username within the PPM application exactly.
