Virus-scan applications can lock critical database files/directories preventing them from being accessed/deleted/created which can lead lead to issues when operating, restoring, etc.

Product: DX NetOps PM all releases

OS: Linux

Resolution

On the CA Data Repository, the data and catalog directories should be excluded to prevent locking of critical database files.
