Unable to start CEMMON, CEMWHSE, CEMLOGGR,CEMALERT after CEMERTR recycle with a force

Issue/Introduction
Attempting to recycle CEMERTR and it would not come down.
ended up having to force it out of the system.
I brought CEMERTR back up, but now CEMWHSE, CEMMON, CEMLOGGR and CEMALERT will not start.
They are all getting: CCSR010E ECALCMGR S0C4 at 09EEC848 LMOD CEEEV003 CSECT N/A +N/A CEMWHSE N/A CEMWHSE CCSR060I BREAKING EVENT ADDRESS: 00000000 09EEC812 CCSR061I PSW: 07850400 80000000 00000000 09EEC848

What the problem seems to be is that in the internal configuration table we have specified in the MAPDB, there is no 'DEFAULT' record specified.
The backend code is expecting a DEFAULT entry to exist in this table to make use of a default definition for unconfigured LPARS.

There are 2 options you should be able to do
If you are intending to use the SZPLEX definition as your default, what you will need to go into the GUI and change Alert Settings page under the System Settings section and change the LPAR field from 'SZPLEX' back to 'DEFAULT'.
Alternatively, you can add a new DEFAULT LPAR configuration to the systems settings and configure that.
