OnPrem: User Stories Cannot Be Split

Issue/Introduction

When we attempt to use the Split function on a user story, it displays the following error:

Story splitting failed: <story description> could not be created: Cannot parse object reference from "/flowstate/10064007"

Resolution

There is no resolution to this issue.

Affected customers are highly encouraged to upgrade to 2018.1 to resolve this as well as additional defects and vulnerabilities.
