This commonly occurs when the Automic Automation Engine database is in a different time zone then the OEBS database. To work around this, we can define the OAE agent’s time zone in the awenv.ini.
Add the following line to the awenv.ini file under [oae] on the agent that's associated with the OAE agent. Then stop, and restart the remote agent, and the OAE agent.
TimeZone=<time zone of the apps database>
