Define OPS/MVS consoles to CICS?

Issue/Introduction

When OPS/MVS attempts to issue a F CICSxxx,CEMT command it gets:

DFHAC2032 mm/dd/2018 09:08:03 CICSTEST CICS autoinstall for console Oxxxx3S00 has failed

Cause

The console OPS/MVS uses to issue CICS commands must be defined to CICS. 

Resolution

The consoles used to send commands to CICS must be already defined.  
To use a specific console it is necessary to use the NAME or CONNAME keywords in the ADDRESS OPER statement: 

ADDRESS OPER "C('F CICSxxx,CEMT...') CONNAME(console) NOO" 

Where "console" is the name of a console already defined to the CICS region.
