Second attempt for Forgot password in the portal fails

An initial Forgotten Password Reset task generates a temporary password and user is able to login with this new password, as expeced. When launching subsequent Forgotten Password Reset task (one after the other) - we get "request failed" error instead of receiving the generated password.
An attempt to run Forgotten Password Reset task for the same user a day later is working as expected.
