Issue/Introduction

Applications created with Plex 7.2 were deployed to a production machine. 

A Microsoft VBScript runtime error appeared when the application was executed.

Resolution

An inquiry license key error may occur when running an ActiveX control on an operating system that is different from the development machine.

Open a panel with the corresponding local model and control in CA Plex on the same OS version as the executing OS, migrate the OBAX.LIC file created under the Plex product folder to the execution folder.
